Manager, IT Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into IT solutions that drive business value
• Lead the implementation of IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery and successful outcomes
• Provide strategic guidance on IT initiatives, leveraging your expertise in IT strategy and business analysis
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and drive initiatives to streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role
• Strong background in business analysis, IT strategy, and change management
• Proven track record of driving IT initiatives that align with business objectives
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and foster a collaborative work environment
• Experience in manufacturing process improvement is a plus
