This role encompasses leading the creation of architectural models and documentation using Revit, while effectively communicating with clients and consultants. Proficiency in BIM360 and strong English communication skills are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of intricate 3D Revit models and comprehensive construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects situated in Australia.
- Coordinate architectural documentation seamlessly with other disciplines (structural, MEP) within a BIM environment.
- Collaborate effectively with Australian clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver top-notch and code-compliant documentation.
- Ensure meticulous compliance of all work with Australian standards, codes, and client-specific requirements.
- Oversee the quality and precision of documentation, encompassing plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Utilize BIM360 for efficient model sharing, collaborative endeavors, and effective issue resolution.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects or drafters.
