Senior Product Specialist, Zalo Payment

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Payment solution products – from design to integration and launch; 

• Collaborate with partner banks to build secure, compliant API connections & processes (e.g., account linking, payment requests, refunds); 

• Work with engineering, legal, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable banking and payment features; 

• Gather insights from merchants, users, and banks to shape product strategy; 

• Monitor API performance and optimize adoption, reliability, and security; 

• Stay updated on banking regulations, API standards, and fintech trends.

👾 What you will need

• 5+ years of product management experience in banking, payment, or fintech industries; 

• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills; 

• Data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; 

• Experience working with merchants or financial service providers is a plus; 

• Familiarity with Open Banking APIs, bank integration, or payment flows is a plus.
