Responsible for ERP software, as support team for client project

Analyzing system problems and finding solutions

Support our ERP software end-user about their queries by call and remote access

Coordinating between user and programmer

Participating in meeting, support work and user training as user’s request (By Remote and On-site)

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in any faculty. (But prefer IT Related)

Experience with Point of Sales (POS)

Knowledge in D365 BC

Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Power BI/ Microsoft 365)

Knowledge of coding languages (not specified)
