IT Product Operations

Responsibilities

• Supporting Product & Tech team to accept and manage incoming tickets on any reports due to Production system issues
• Support on system Configuration
• Working closely with internal Product Manager and Quality Assurance team to resolve any stakeholders inquiry
• Able to deliver under pressure within agreed timeline
• Able to identify task priorities and assignment to complete any given task

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (preferred) or Engineering/ Science with a reputable university / Min GPA: 3 out of 4
• At least 1-3 years experiences in product management role with a reputable fast-pace tech startup/ IT consulting company
• Proven skill in Microsoft Excel, technical Understanding, and has high level attention of detail oriented
• Has Insurance industry knowledge and experienced in Commerce, Insurance Industry, Fintech Company (recommended)
• Proven skill in native Thai, English business proficiency, Mandarin as a plus
• Has experience with API usage and function and internal or external Customer Service experience
• Proven track record of managing project end-to-end with strong delivery/quantifiable metrics
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and provide recommendation beyond client requirements
• Strong leadership & communication skills, ability to act as bridge between business users and tech team
• Proficient in IT product & project management, be it Waterfall or Agile methodology
• Ability to proactively and independently manage scope, timeline, and resources in various IT projects
