IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Write code in Java and React.js to implement software solutions that align with business needs
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented correctly and meet quality standards
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to validate software functionality
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software applications
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Java and React.js development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
• Coding skills in Java/React.js is plus
