HRIS Sr. Officer / Specialist (Bangpoo)

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Management:

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS software, ensuring data integrity, security, and system functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users regarding HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
• Stay updated on system upgrades and new features, assess their potential impact, and implement necessary changes or enhancements.

Data Management:

• Manage employee data within the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes.
• Develop and maintain data standards, protocols, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends for decision-making purposes.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and integration with other business systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Training and Support:

• Develop training materials and resources to educate HR staff and end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and data entry standards.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and provide ongoing support for existing users.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the HRIS, providing guidance and assistance to users as needed.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA) and internal data security policies in the management of HRIS data.
• Monitor system access and permissions to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement security measures and protocols to protect sensitive HR information.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 years) working with HRIS software, such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
