Head of Solution Delivery

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, manage, and oversee multiple solution design and software development projects at the same time
• Design and implement technology solutions
• Delivery technology solutions within budget and timeline
• Ensure that relations with business partners both internal and external are maintained
• Manage and operate team, outsources and vendors
• Improve software development process, provide application support, support the direction of IT department and the company to achieve target goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Strong software development background with over 12+ years of experience working with robust and scalable platforms
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development, C#, .Net (Web Application)
• Good understanding of software design, experience in SOA, and Microservices architecture
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven experience of building and managing multicultural engineering teams both in house and remote
• Leadership abilities with strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient in Thai and English
