In this Role, You Will Get To:
- Develop comprehensive financial models and perform benchmarking and process analysis.
- Forecast quarterly and annual revenues and expenditures.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and C-suite executives.
- Explore and evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape for strategic planning.
- Guide the company through IPO processes and ensure compliance with listing requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and C-suite executives.
- Coordinate with executive teams on long-term financial planning.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the C-suite members to shape and implement financial strategies.
You'll Be Successful If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance.
- Proven expertise in IPO processes and knowledge of stock market listing criteria.
- Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
