Finance officer

You’ll create impact by:

• Maintaining order books and records with precision, utilizing systems like SAP, compliance with internal Siemens and local accounting guidelines
• Operation tasks, order to cash activities: Order calculation, execution, coordinate delivery, issue billing & payment collection
• Cost controlling activities including cost analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast), optimizing gross profit & cash flow
• Budgeting and Forecasting top-down and bottom-up
• Developing and implementing measures for operation optimization & digitalization process
• Interacting with Sales, marketing, order execution, and logistics…teams
• Actively engage with customers finance/commercial/purchasing representatives to resolve issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Other assigned ad-hoc activities including planning and reporting

You’ll win us over by:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or similar with 1- 3 years of experience
• Proven experience in Commercial & Finance
• Strong financial acumen and compliance expertise
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently, self motivated, possess analytical skills and ability to adapt to change.
• A team player
• Good command of English skills both orally and in writing
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
