Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the CFO to drive the financial leadership of the company and overseeing the financial planning & analysis to drive key business decisions
• Acting as the bridge between the CFO and other departmental heads, accounting & finance team, auditors, key banking relationships and other external parties
• Developing investment strategies, evaluating fundraising plans and optimizing capital structure
• Preparing feasibility studies, highlighting the key value drivers and risks of future projects
• Preparing, monitoring, and updating budgets with an aim of maximizing core competitive strengths of the organizing, optimizing the capital structure, and controlling the expenses
• Prepare valuation models to identify the key value drivers and mitigating key risks
• Developing a short-term liquidity management plan and a long-term investment and capital plan based on the organization’s strategic goals and
• Identifying and evaluating investment options and acquisition/divestment strategy to support growth and strategic alignment
• Devise innovative sales strategies and cost management initiatives to support profitability
• Optimize remuneration and compensation plans to drive the company’s leadership

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ experience of corporate finance, accounting, real estate or other related fields
• Extensive experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail
• Strong mathematical and logical skills
• Enjoys problem solving and communicating creative solutions
• A sense of curiosity, willingness to learn, and compassionate leadership
• Friendly personality with a good sense of humor
• Business-level fluency in English and Thai
• Previous experience in real estate / real estate finance will be advantageous
• CFA level 1 or relevant accounting qualifications will be advantageous
