Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage AI models (e.g., recommendation and predictive models using ML/DL techniques), including data exploration, feature engineering, model development and optimization

• Implement GenAI solutions (e.g., tuning search retrieval, LLMs, agents) to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency

• Take ownership of AI products, manage timelines, and create engaging product presentations for non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to turn business challenges into AI products that boost customer engagement and streamline workflows

• Conduct model evaluation and A/B testing to ensure optimal performance in production and drive continuous improvements in data products and user experience

• Encourage knowledge sharing and provide feedback to support team growth and success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Quantitative Business or other related fields

• At least 3 years of experience as a data scientist, with skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL

• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and ML techniques, including classification, clustering, and predictive modeling

• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset
