Customer Success Consultant

Scope of Work

• Empower clients to maximize the potential of Teachme Biz through engaging training sessions and creative usage recommendations
• Provide top-notch customer support in Thai and English across various channels (onsite meeting, online meeting, email, phone, LINE, etc)
• Drive customer satisfaction and success through proactive follow-ups and consultations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support materials and product localization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder with excellent communication skills in Thai and English
• Customer-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• 2-3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or support roles (preferred)
• Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
