Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis by utilizing financial modeling to forecast future scenarios and assess associated risks with precision and foresight for management discussions and developing strategic recommendations.
• Lead the annual 5-year planning process for the entire group of companies, providing financial projections and a comprehensive presentation package summarizing market trends and overall financial analysis.
• Develop and optimize debt capital structure and dividend strategies in accordance with treasury policies and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of the company's financial risk exposures, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks, with a focus on minimizing volatility impact.
• Identify and pursue cost-effective opportunities to mitigate risk while preserving corporate stability and liquidity.
• Make informed and strategic investment decisions in collaboration with approved counterparties to maximize returns.
• Explore innovative products, technologies, and systems to enhance treasury operations and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain robust treasury controls to safeguard corporate assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead discussions and inspire action among stakeholders by providing timely insights and strategic guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of treasury/finance or a related area.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication with good command in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, levels of the organization, and regions.
