Compliance Officer in Thailand

Job Description：

• Support licensing project in Thailand
• Provide legal and compliance support to all business units of the company in Thailand
• To enforce the best market practice within the crypto business activities
• Implement and renew policies and procedures to ensure business comply with the rules and regulations
• To identify, resolve and escalate compliance risk on a timely manner
• Manage KYC and AML matters, to implement controls over KYC and AML in order to comply with relevant rules and regulations
• As a representative of the company, responsible for the regulatory communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor and above degree in Legal, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in compliance of financial institutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess their impact on our operation
• Experience in regulatory departments，or worked in Chinese background financial institution is preferred
