In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key projects aimed at improving our collections processes and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the department’s strategic goals.
Project Management
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, including senior management, finance, and operations teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns related to projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the collections department. Lead initiatives to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze project data and metrics to assess progress, performance, and outcomes. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, including internal staff and external vendors. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and expenditures are within approved limits. Provide regular budget status reports to management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager
