CAD Technician

• Generate detailed shop drawings based on design plans.

• Handle structural elements: Concrete for foundations, ground beams, columns, girders, slabs, block walls, plastering, staircases.

• Manage steel structures: Columns, beams, rafters, purlins, girts, wall and roof cladding.

• Create finishing details: Plans, detailed sections of partitions, tiling, ceilings, doors & windows.

• Develop external work drawings: Roads, drainage systems, etc.

• Review shop drawings from subcontractors for the drawing types listed above.

• Collaborate with design, QS, and construction teams to prepare shop-drawing submissions for approval, incorporating civil and M&E details.

• Ensure all shop drawings are constructible to TODA’s standards, practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and contribute to company profitability.
