1. Creative Strategy & Concept Development
Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts that drive brand growth, engagement, and cultural relevance, especially for Gen Z and HENRYs;
Lead content planning, brand direction and creative strategy across all Zstudio and Zalo ecosystem channels;
Ensure consistency in brand voice, image, and content quality across all touchpoints;
Research audience insights, competitors, and content trends to inform strategy and keep creative direction fresh and effective;
Own and track content-related KPIs such as engagement, reach, and platform growth.
2. Content Creation & Quality control
Generate original and compelling concepts for video, photo, and social content that inspire, inform, or entertain;
Provide hands-on support for ideation, scriptwriting, and production to ensure executional quality;
Collaborate with design, video, and editorial teams to assign tasks, give creative direction, and support execution;
Review and refine creative assets, applying strong editorial judgment to maintain quality and brand alignment;
Identify potentially risky or off-brand ideas early and guide the team toward brand-safe, impactful solutions;
Be present during key productions or shoots to give real-time feedback and guidance.
3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or creative strategy - ideally in digital media, agencies, or brand storytelling roles;
A passion for storytelling, creative excellence, and making a positive social impact;
Proven ability to lead and execute creative campaigns across multiple platforms;
Strong writing, storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone;
Excellent editorial judgment and content sensitivity to manage creative risks;
Proficiency in English reading and writing;
