Assistant Manager Business Development

Key responsibilities

• Proactively monitor tokenization industry trend and regularly engage with community through education, networking, and events
• Lead Business Development to achieve sales target
• Establish partnership and manage relationship with clients and partners
• Seek for potential clients, identify business opportunities, manage proposals, and pitch for new business
• Provide necessary analysis for crafting new strategic direction, business model, and growth strategy
• Ideate and develop tokenization offering with value propositions and realistic time-to-market
• Manage end-to-end project activities, e.g. develop problem definition, pain points, user-centric based solution
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute and ensure achievement to project goal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technology related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnership/ Client management/ Product Development
• Experiences in Digital Assets and Blockchain is a plus
• Possessing expertise in financial products and services is beneficial
• Strong and proven analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast, and work under pressure with minimum supervisory
• Positive can-do attitude, open-minded, self-motivated and drive for success
• Fluent in Thai and English
