Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Train customers stakeholders (technicians, radiologist, nurses and specialist) in Bayer portfolio products and solutions with focus on Radimetrics.
• Identify customers' needs, stakeholders mapping and customer's profiling.
• Support all new solutions model's implementation at customers, including workflow analysis, data collection, data analysis and cocreation of solutions with customers.
• Develop knowledge and insights to customers and to internal team.
• Develop action plans to implement solutions, improve workflow, improve image acquisition, and improve conditions inside the customer.
• Coordination with sales, marketing, solution execution in time and quality required.
• Support sales team, technical team, and medical team in clinical activities required at customers' and events to support sales and knowledge of Bayer Solutions.
• Develop clinical applications activities and reports with customer according to customer's needs
• Train customers from the region specifically on Radimetrics - Radiation dose monitoring system.

Who You Are

• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Radiology industry, qualified technologist.
• Knowledge in Contrast Media, Scanners (CT, MR, Others), Injection systems, workflow in Radiology suit and patient care.
• Knowledge in Radimetrics, PACS, RIS, and Software.
• Customer oriented, Team player, collaborative style and support to develop Solution with customers.
• Increase results in terms of sales and satisfaction with customers through excellence in clinical applications activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong English skills (spoken & written)
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems and network. Knowledge and experience in Radimetrics dose monitoring system would be high consideration.
• Able to travel across ASEAN, Hongkong, Taiwan
