Key Responsibilities

Strategic Workplace Management:

  • Oversee and implement workplace strategies that enhance productivity, well-being, and collaboration across METSA & Asia Offices.
  • Develop and lead METSA & Asia-wide workplace standards, ensuring alignment with global strategies.


Operations & Facilities Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of workplace services, including facilities maintenance, security, cleaning, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensure facilities meet compliance and regulatory standards across all locations.


Workplace Experience & Culture

  • Design and implement initiatives that foster an engaging, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for METSA & Asia employees regarding workplace services and provide an exceptional employee experience.


Space & Resource Planning

  • Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Manage office moves, expansions, and changes in layout, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.


Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility

  • Develop sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of workplace operations (e.g., energy efficiency, waste reduction).
  • Align workplace services with ESG goals and sustainability initiatives.


Financial Management

  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and management for workplace services within METSA & Asia.
  • Track and report on cost metrics, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.


Health & Safety Compliance

  • Lead health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining high standards across all locations.
  • Implement policies for crisis management and emergency preparedness.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, assess trends, and implement innovative solutions to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and drive results within tight deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to manage workplace services costs effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with workplace management software, facilities management platforms, and health & safety tools.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to navigate and manage cultural differences across all locations.


Experience Required

  • Workplace/Facilities Management: 7+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities management, or corporate real estate, ideally with experience in a regional or global role.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Extensive experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts across multiple locations.
  • Health, Safety, & Compliance: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health, safety, and compliance programs within a corporate environment.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Solid experience managing budgets and optimizing cost structures within workplace services.
  • Project Management: Hands-on experience managing office projects, including relocations, renovations, and office expansions.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Experience leading sustainability and environmental responsibility programs within workplace operations is preferred.

Yêu cầu
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
