UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop high-fidelity prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes.
• Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the design is aligned with the user needs and business goals.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek out and apply best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Sales & Digital Marketing:
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how UX/UI design impacts conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and optimizing user journeys to drive sales.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how design can enhance search engine visibility.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.
• Numbers:
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather insights on user behavior and inform design decisions.
• Ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Experience in A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize user interfaces.
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to UX/UI design and the ability to track and report on them.
