Ux Designer

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the entire product design process from research and conceptual design, to UX, UI.
• Conduct user research to make sure we have a good understanding of the existing situation, and gaps (opportunities, pain points) to be used as a strong foundation for the solution we build.
• Work as part of a product trio (UX designer, engineer, product manager) to drive the outcome of the product strategy, and initiatives.
• Advocate for design changes, and improvements of the platform and the service as a whole.
• Raise the bar on design quality across the organization
• Bring a strong user-centered mindset to the team and the product we ship.

Skills and experience

• Have proven track record in conducting and discovering insights to use to
• Have proven track record in designing and shipping a digital product
• Able to fluently create low, high fidelity design, and clickable prototype with Figma
• Strong portfolio of past UX, UI, design research you’ve led from user interviews to wireframes, and UI.
• Understand, believe, and practice user-centered design

It’s great if you have:

• You’ve built or worked with design systems in previous roles.
• Experience with identifying and solving complex and ambiguous design problems for an operational heavy product.
• A team player mentality who value working collaboratively
• Have ownership in your work
• Examples of developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format-clearly demonstrate how your designs tackle customers' problems or contribute to their lives
