User Experience Researcher

Key Responsibilities :

• Work cross-functionally with design and business to identify problems and solutions; including design, product, content, and marketing in a collaborative effort to share and implement research and user experience insights.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Identify problems and solutions to make UX improvements.
• Conduct interviews, user research, competitive research, and usability testing.
• Explore analytics data to inform our understanding of customer behavior.
• Sketching and ideation, and the ability to articulate concepts and ideas.
• Visualize and prototype design concepts at varying levels of fidelity.
• Create user flows, and wireframes, as well as prototypes of different levels of fidelity If needed, facilitate workshops with stakeholders to support an inclusive design process

Qualifications and Experiences Required :

• Minimum of 2 years experience creating user experience, user interfaces, websites, or mobile applications.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements.
• A team player that enjoys a collaborative design process.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) would be advantage..
• Must be organized, analytical, dynamic and able to cope with stress.
