Treasury Operator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily cash management operations, including transfers of funds and wire transactions.
• Conduct complex financial analysis to identify risks and investment opportunities.
• Execute and manage all cryptocurrency transactions and positions.
• Engage in trading activities, market analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Implement strategies for liquidity management, foreign exchange, interest rate risk, and counterparty risk.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and financial service providers.
• Monitor and manage blockchain transactions and address any issues that arise.
• Comply with financial regulations and standards in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification, such as CFA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field, preferably within a cryptocurrency or fintech company.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related financial regulations.
• Excellent financial analysis skills with the ability to create sophisticated financial models.
• Proficiency in Treasury software and other related financial systems.
• Strong understanding of cash management and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
