Prepare import/export documents, customs clearance documents, BOI/IEAT/FTA documents, and collaborate with service providers and related agencies to process in compliance with the regulations.
Follow up import documents such as invoices, airway bills, etc. from international sellers or domestic dealers and check whether the documents are correct and complete before submitting them to customs clearance agents for processing until the products are delivered to the company.
Support Trade & Customs Specialist on any assigned task related to the report & license/certification renewal process.
Coordinate with warehouse and departments related to import/export.
Analyze and summarize problems under responsibility to improve efficiency and to ensure consistency between the operations and the company’s policy to achieve KPI.
Comply strictly with the manual of management and operational regulations of the company.
Provide collaboration in complying with the policy and regulations related to work environment, occupational health and safety.
Other tasks as assigned by the company and line management.
Key accountabilities:
Accountable for ensuring the customs formality compliance of import & export activities with local customs & other related regulatory and support the destination countries compliance in each responsible area
Accountable for coordinating with logistics service provider to provide the best service as agreement
Customer satisfaction/ complaint toward the service/support of customer relations team
Ontime delivery with reasonable logistics cost
Responsibility for Revenue/CAPEX/OPEX:
Support Trade & Customs Manager in CAPEX/OPEX
Field of study: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Economics, International Business
Years’ Experience 3-5 yrs.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics management would be an asset.
At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain management.
Good command of English in both oral and written communication.
Knowledge of customs law, BOI, IEAT, FTA, international trade
Communication skill
