TECHNICIAN III

Job Responsibilities

• To handle all day to day molding set-up operation as per schedule.
• Setting new or re-filling of materials or components during the production run.
• Control all machine, tool and measuring equipment to maintain readiness for production.
• Control and set parameter as per standard and record document in process repair.
• Analyze problems and identify solutions to solve problems in machine during the production.
• Daily check sheet equipment parameter and coordinating with the leader about quality issue.
• Reset alarm injection machine along with optimize process.
• Maintain process along with handle 5S and maintain and improve.
• Scrap disposition within their area of responsibility.
• Can work in shift pattern 5 working day and 2 days off.
• Able to work in night shift and overtime.
• Follow TE specifications and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.
• Others Assign by supervisor or Manager.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma in Machine Tool / Mold & DIE or related field.
• Experience
• At least 2 years or more experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with some related knowledge in molding.
• Handle new projects for processing and products.
• Experience in plastics processing and tooling (Injection Molding)
• Responsible to produce injection molding section.
• Set-up and help execute corrective and preventive maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Perform all molding set-up operation to produce the required quantity and quality of parts as per schedule.
• To maintain and improve machine parameters for maximum output and ensuring product quality are met.
• Experience in plastic injection for automotive industry

• Ability to work under pressure conditions.
• He / She will have to not physically handicapped and no color blindness.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Initiatives / creative thinking.

• Knowledge in IATF16949/ISO9001 knowledge.
