Tax Advisor

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice on applicable laws, regulations and / or practice to tax compliance
• Assist with preparation for business negotiations including the review, interpretation and preparation of documents / contracts
• Monitor / analyze tax regulations update and develop corresponding business actions, conduct tax research and planning
• Prepare and/or guide tax compliance effort to ensure accurate tax returns and compliance, participate in transfer pricing report update
• Manage interaction with tax auditors

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law with strong knowledge in Thailand tax regulations and ability to understand financial data
• 5 - 10 years of experiences in tax compliance, tax audit, tax advisory
• Work experience in multinational companies will be an advantage
• Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+ with strong communication skills
