KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidate Understanding: • Deeply understand the business context and talent needs across project teams and functions to shape targeted hiring plans. • Craft hiring briefs and tailor outreach plans that resonate with each hiring need. • Fully take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for committed roles: Sourcing, Interview, Offer negotiation, and Onboarding collaboration. • Co-own hiring success with Hiring Teams, ensuring aligned expectations and shared accountability. • Actively participate in regular hiring reviews and retros to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and process. • Maintain rigorous hiring data (eg: cost per hire, time to fill, offer acceptance rate, candidate NPS,..) to assess and improve TA performance • Ensure each hire aligns with both the Match (skillset, experience) and Fit (mindset, values, work style) criteria of GEEK Up. Candidate Relationship: • Build and maintain professional, balanced relationships with candidates — not too close to lose objectivity, not too distant to miss opportunities. • Maintain strong employer positioning throughout all candidate touch points to drive both short-term conversion and long-term brand reputation. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth transition and holistic candidate experiences. Talent Marketing & Engagement: • Stay attuned to evolving tech talent trends and candidate behaviors to continuously refine sourcing channels and messaging. • Contribute to employer branding, campus relations, and community outreach to attract high-quality talent.
