System Analyst (Krungsri Nimble)

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Prepare the Individual Solution Design document and also design IT system to align business requirement
• Analysis technical performance, security concerns and evaluate non-functional requirement before architectural review meeting
• Present specific solution design in architectural review meeting
• Design high level interface of IT system
• Prepare the Technical Specification document and design system interface and detailed solutions for developers as well as vendors to code program
• Manage developers and vendors to code program as per the Technical Specification
• Verify the quality of software development by unit testing
• Investigate defect to find cause and communicate with developer and/or vendor to correct
• Execute the performance testing, load testing and penetration testing before (internal) and after (external) completion of UAT
• Review source code after correction in order to install in SIT server and test application before deployment in UAT server and review the deployment with IT team leaders and SDM
• Transfer knowledge related to technical part to Application Owner, Production Support and Helpdesk team especially list of Q&A
• Support IT team to coordinate in implementation and PVT phase and Support team to perform the technical R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related fields
• 5-10 years of experience in System Analyst, Business Analyst and Project Manager role
• Strong knowledge in IT strategy, IT governance and enterprise architecture
• Strong knowledge in IT operating model, IT capability and performance improvement
• Good knowledge in financial services industry
• Good consulting skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, creativity thinking, story boarding and conducting effective meeting
• Good management skills in leadership, coaching, teamwork, trust building and conflict management
