System Analysis

Responsibilities:

• To Lead technical expertise, implement core engine of design, store procedure coding, architect design for member to align and follow.
• To advice on the best practices and standards to be followed.
• To ensuring the quality of the application being developed. This includes performing code reviews, conducting testing, and implementing best practices and quality standards to deliver a high-quality product.
• To identify potential risks and issues that may impact the development process or the project's success. And should proactively address these risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• To supervising and providing guidance to team members, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring that the team meets project deadlines.
• To defining goals, objectives, and deliverables for the application development project. And need to ensure that the team understands and is aligned with these goals.
• Support for prepare test cycles, test data and expected results
• Support presales team for develop the prove of concept
• To research and practice for prove of concept support information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
• Strong technical background and expertise in database table design and store procedure coding
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members, stakeholders, and clients. This includes the ability to clearly articulate requirements, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
• Has experience in leading and managing a team of developers, including task assignment, mentoring, and providing guidance and support to team members.
• Has project management skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
