UAT: Lead and support UAT testing activities for mutual fund and interface systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SEC regulations.
System Support: Provide support for both back-end and front-end systems to maintain system integrity and functionality.
Quality Assurance Standards: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and testing processes to guarantee system reliability.
Documentation and Review: Create, review, and maintain critical documents, including business requirements, Functional Specification documents (FSD), test plans, test cases, and test data for mutual fund system projects and interface systems.
Production Validation: Participate in production validation activities to ensure the accurate deployment of code to the production environment.
Issue Analysis and Resolution: Analyze defects and compare them with requirements to identify gaps, raise and investigate UAT & production issues to IT team, and communicate solutions to the value chain team.
Project Involvement: Engage in project activities as well as ad hoc projects, including prioritization, schedule development, requirement preparation, and testing.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with Project Managers, QA Leads, IT Development Managers, and Core IT members to ensure seamless coordination and provide necessary status updates through summary reports.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent or IT is a good starting in the field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience QA or Tester, preferably mobile application (financial application)
An additional advantage is relevant experience in asset management at recognized financial/asset management institutions.
Proven record in Developing test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and reports.
Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritizing skills required to achieve target within timeline.
Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Strong presentation and influencing skills required in guiding and managing stakeholders.
Excellent communication skill in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
