Specialist, Digital Marketing

General Responsibilities

Digital marketing

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, social media, advertising campaigns and maintain our social media presence
• Development and budgeting of digital delivery channel
• Performance monitoring for social media & website and conversion tests
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly

Communication

• Help implement communication strategies
• Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
• Oversee and help set guidelines for online and phone communications with clients, customers

Research

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Monitor the market and review the existing products continuously
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
• At least 2 years experience in E-commerce (b2b e-commerce is a plus)
• At least 2 years experience in Google ads planning and execution
• Able to Create reports on above both platforms and on Google Analytics
• Able to work with Google Tag Manager to set up basic conversion goals
• Self-starter and willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken

Education

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
