Spare Parts Export Sales Officer

Job Description

• To coordinate with customer (Honda Group & Distributor) and internal to supply parts and fulfill customer requirement.
• To make shipment booking & follow up shipment with shipping forwarder by follow regulation.
• To prepare data for make tax privileged.
• To make sales budget and profit analysis.
• To do monitoring report for own account and overall export KPI.
• To follow up payment from customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English or any related fields.
• At least 1-3 years in Export functions or relate fields
• Good command in English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score at least 650)
• Have vehicle technical knowledge is preferable
• Have Export regulation knowledge is preferable
• Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint program.
