[SO] Supply Chain Process Associate (German Speaking)

• Work on global projects in Logistics/Purchasing domains

• Work on back-office projects (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing); 

• Communicate with German customers for project status and information sharing

• Use Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP to support the BOSCH Unit of Germany/other countries for their Logistics/Purchasing processes

• Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to EDI processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline integration workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent work experience

• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and distribution

• Good English and German language skills. German skills should be B2 or above

• Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements

• Strong communication skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, and technical partners

• Advance excel and other MS office applications.

• Exposure to SAP (ERP) is preferable

• Experience in EDI processes, packaging setup in platforms like SupplyOn, or similar supply chain technology platforms is a plus
