Education

• Bachelor’s Degree: In Logistics Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of commercial, marketing, logistics, or chartering experience in the petroleum or petrochemical industry.

Role & Responsibility

1. Brokerage Role: Act as a broker, matching demand from charterers with supply from ship owners.
2. Tonnage Fleet Management: Ensure smooth securing of tonnage fleets by Thaioil T/C vessels and sub-charters to meet international and domestic demand, optimizing the company’s profitability.
3. Charter and Commercial Management: Oversee all charter parties, commercial invoices, claims, and charter-in and charter-out transactions for ship brokers, ensuring that all transactions benefit the company.
4. Procurement: Procure bunker and Marine Gas Oil at the lowest market competitive price for vessels under time charter with Thaioil.
5. Market Development: Seek new markets and opportunities from both TOP & PTT Group and external customers to increase the company’s profitability.
6. Market Monitoring: Monitor and analyze movements and developments in the regional and domestic vessel markets, including freight, supply and demand, major approvals, terminal changes, and law and regulation changes.
7. Coordination: Cooperate with all concerned sectors to ensure that cargo delivery is processed according to the plan and contractual commitments.
