Senior System Analyst

Role and Responsibilities :

• Analyze Business needs, gather information, requirements, and identify impact of technical and functional related of proposed implementation solution
• Responsible for end to end workflow process, dataflow diagram, system/application’s specifications and system design
• Responsible for all pre-implementation (impact analysis, development, solution design), implementation (DEV, SIT, UAT), and post implementation (transition to operation, production support, and etc.)
• Prepare Solution Design document and design IT system to align business requirement
• Prepare Technical Specification Document and design system interface and detailed solutions for developers to code program
• Assist & Support in test scenario and test script included both functional and non-functional. Liason with related parties i.e. internal or vendor to fix defect
• Assist or Act as Project Manager to manage project and monitor the progress to deliver scope within timeline / business need
• Coordinate with internal, cross team and external stakeholders including vendors to facilitate and deliver project within scope and timeline/ business need
• Lead and manage outsource to achieve deliverable & assignment
• Prioritize the urgency of competing demands, juggle multiple tasks and follow them through completion
• Escalate and manage project risk by developing mitigations, manage issue and provide plans to close out

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s / Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Management or IT Related Fields
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in Programmer, BA, SA, or implementing IT project
• Experience in Impact Analysis, Application Development, Analyst Solution and System Design
• Knowledge of Banking Industry, Securities & Capital Markets Industry, Treasury system, Custodian system or Registrar System would be advantage
• Database and / or web application programming with fluency of MVC, ASP, ASP.NET, C#, C++, Visual Basic, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML
• Understand of common SDLC or Agile development
• Have a positive and growth mindset and open for feedback
• Be able to explain technical context to non-tech people
• Be able to communicate in English

Specific knowledge and skill :

• Possess skill of Project Management of Information Technology projects
• Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
• Possess interpersonal and team building & motivation skills. Communication and Presentation skills are also required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in writing Technical Specification Document
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in regard to information processed, stored, or accessed by the systems
