Senior Lawyer (Litigation, Regulation and Commercial Law)

Job Description

 • Plan and Coordinate with all Business Unit Heads and other related parties within the group to seek input on their requirement, needs and directions

• Analyze and execute legal cases and assist Legal Head and other Business Unit Heads to find strategies and solve problems in terms of legal matters

• Provide efficient and sufficient legal support , legal services, legal solutions and suggestion to related parties

• Inform and consult with Legal Head to achieve work assigned • Perform special projects as assigned

• Plan and Coordinate with all Business Unit Heads and other related parties within the group to seek input on their requirement, needs and directions to be able to provide legal support or legal solutions to them

• Prepare effective pre-contractual negotiations and contract arrangement and management.

• Obtain users’ feedback and comment on the difficulties in order to revise and improve the terms and conditions in the contract

• Prepare, manage and monitor the drafting and using of all corporate documents and company power of attorney or proxy

• Review and recommend legal resolutions to related parties proceed

• Analyze and synthesize the business process and transaction

• Investigate and meet with all relevant parties related to the case • Analyze, conduct and prepare efficient files of criminal and commercial inquiry to protect company and its affiliates benefit • Coordinate, monitor and advice an advisor to conduct all of litigation and arbitration procedures to create optimum benefit for the group

• Identify and analyse facts in transactions to model the structures of contract, terms and conditions to obtain the alternatives which reduce costs and expenses

• Coordinate and collaborate with users and project manager to evaluate and select the best alternative suitable for the transaction

• Develop processes to ensure timely and appropriate responses and well explanation to the business unit to clarify the law

• Analyze internal performance reporting and present results to Legal Head

• Identify the problem in order to find out the cause and the appropriate solution 10. Mentor and coaching Senior Lawyerand Lawyer execute the assigned work against the set standards and directions in compliance with the group

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law, Business Law degree will be advantage

• 3-5 years working experience in business law, corporate law, legal proceeding, rules, and regulation of environment law will be advantage

• Problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously
