Senior E-commerce Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Support the E-Commerce team through the website release lifecycle, including identifying bugs and feature requests, creating and managing tickets with the external web development agency, working with developers to refine requirements, testing implementation, and documenting release notes. • Supervise and maintain e-commerce platforms, including data privacy, website accessibility, and digital risk protection systems. • Monitor and report on website accessibility compliance and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to fix issues. • Manage website analytics via Google Tag Manager, ensuring proper event tracking and data integrity. • Support Google Analytics accuracy and help derive insights from web analytics with the team. • Work with teams and agencies to implement SEO best practices. • Support and resolve customer inquiries reported to the E-Commerce team by the eLodge Team. • Troubleshoot general inquiries from the E-Commerce team and internal stakeholders. • Assist with other E-Commerce projects as needed.
