Senior Associate, Risk Management-Anti Fraud

Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide report on buyers' complaints in the area of trust and safety
• Conduct root cause analysis and proposed solution to improve buyers' experience
• Design communication material to improve trust and safety environment
• Responsible in operational excellence in buyer protection

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

• Strong analytical and logical thinking

• Able to work with team across functions
• Strong execution
• Previous role in fraud / trust and safety / platform governance / business intelligence is prefered
