Seller Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on all fundamental, Operations and policies courses for  Chinese seller (Mandarin) via physical training and online training
• Work with relevant stakeholders to create / update content and maintain training / education article materials (TH or EN to CN)
• Localize content from regional (EN) to Mandarin (CN) and translate local (TH) content to Mandarin (CN)  
• Collaborate with Chinese seller team to support seller training projects and update changes (eg. policies, features) to all related parties
• Collect all training data, monitor dashboard and create reports for articles and webinars
• Create examination on all Courses & update to ensure trainee’s understanding of topics

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Thai-Mandarin and English-Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local mandarin-speaking sellers and other stakeholders
• Experience in Business Development, Training, or L&D is preferred
• Candidates with 1 to 6 years of experience welcomed to apply
• Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives  
• Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
