Sales Coordinator Bangkok - Ignite

Job Description :

• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Coordinate and preparing sales proposals and other sales-related documents, and follow up invoices with internal teams
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling documentation, maintaining sales records, and organizing sales-related files and databases
• A point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and providing information about products or services to both new and existing customers
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the sales team and other internal departments such as marketing, customer service, finance, education services, and logistics
• Act as the behind-the-scenes support for sales and education service representatives
• Able to work upcountry (Case by case)

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills
• Possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
• Develop and implement document management systems and procedures
• Strong personality with public speaking skill
• Ability to drive and possess driving license is an advantage
