Managing goods, budget, profit, and operating expenses in the region;
Ensure compliance with and maintain store management rules, goods display regulations, and recommend appropriate improvements.
Ensure the correct and complete implementation of the company’s promotions, advertising, and customer care;
Ensure that customer service is performed effectively and by standards, control the resolution of customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to handle complaints.

– Establish relationships with regional state management agencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical or related major
Good at English
At least 03 years of experience in regional management in the retail industry, with priority given to pharmaceutical retail and large-scale retail chains
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others
Willing to travel
