Project Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that project teams are making appropriate progress and output on a day-to-day basis

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope by setting timeline

- Coordinate internal resources/departments and third parties for the flawless execution of projects

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification technique

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Document work flows, identifie barriers or obstacles and offer solutions

- Lead technical discussions and facilitate technical/architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engineering best practices.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, encouraging the adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.

- Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned) to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects

- Provide strategic consultation to executives on project direction, objectives, and expected business benefits.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- A degree in IT / Computer Science, Project Management Professional certification is a plus

- At least 7 years’ experience in IT industry and 3 years in project management role

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Excellent communication, organization, influence, problem solving skill

- Attention to detail and multitasking skill

- Familiar with product management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Redmine  

- Experience in Agile environment or Scrum Master is a plus

- Very positive optimistic attitude & team spirit.

- Proven ability to mentor and guide project teams

- Able to manage and always ready to jump into cross-domain projects such as Real Estate, Healthcare, F&B, Aviation, etc.. is advantageous
