Pre-Shipment Quality Control Inspector

· Perform inspections as directed by the Supervisor.

· Review the Company's and Customer's inspection requirements to fully understand all needs prior to conducting the inspection.

· Conduct Final Random Inspections, Pre-Inspections, Inline Inspections, draw samples, oversee container loading, and provide other services according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), protocols, and customer-specific SOPs.

· Examine selected samples objectively and generate inspection reports detailing the inspection results, ensuring accuracy and impartiality.

· Finalize typed reports after inspections, ensuring they are free of critical and major errors/mistakes.

· Support team members and involved parties by providing technical advice, sharing experiences, and communicating special requirements and procedure updates. Enhance team development through coaching and regular training.

· Participate in all required training courses organized by the company and clients.

· Conduct on-site assessments of new inspectors.

· Adhere strictly to TRVN’s Code of Conduct and related requirements.

· Perform other suitable duties as assigned by the Manager.

· Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by the supervisor.

· Comply with and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
