Passenger Transport Operations Manager

• Management and Operation:

- Manage the overall operations of the Transport Operations Department, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

- Build and maintain good relationships with partners and suppliers.

- Coordinate with other departments within the Minh Huy ecosystem to provide the best service to customers.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize vehicle schedules and increase operating efficiency.

- Develop periodic reports on the operating status and performance of the partner system.

- Propose improvement strategies to enhance the operational efficiency of the Operations Department.

- Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate the work performance of employees.

• Building and managing a transport partner system:

- Search, negotiate, and sign cooperation agreements with units owning vehicles from 5 to 45 seats outside and cooperative member vehicles.

- Ensure the supply of vehicles always meets Minh Huy's operating needs.

- Develop cooperation policies and effective working processes between Minh Huy and partners.

• Service Quality Control:

- Ensure that vehicles and drivers meet quality and safety standards according to established regulations.

- Monitor vehicle operation, ensuring compliance with schedules and customer requirements.

- Handle incidents related to service quality and complaints from customers.

• Recruitment, Training, and Development of Operating Team:

- Build a professional transport operations team.

- Organize internal training on operating procedures, using the BookCarVN application, and customer service.

• Reporting and Analysis:

- Monitor, analyze data, evaluate the operational efficiency of the department, and propose solutions for improvement.

- Manage the department's budget and expenses.
