Primary Contact For Thai Beverage Logistics (TBL)

• To oversee and monitor property management services functions provided by JLL, TBL, and other related vendors.
• To set up and review policies for car park operation, traffic and fleet management such as shuttle bus service, valet parking, and luxury parking.
• To revise and manage reports for related issues.
• To assist in analyzing operation data.
• To oversee and monitor the One Bangkok application.

Key Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, property management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in overseeing and managing vendors and service providers.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and report management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and applications, including the One Bangkok application.
• Knowledge of car park operations, traffic and fleet management, and related policies.
