Duties & Responsibilities

- Providing consulting service on legal and compliance matters relevant the business operations.

- Formulate Compliance Review Plan of each year.

- Providing consulting service on business contract preparation.

- Study and update the laws, rules and regulations related to the business operations.

- To assess risks, comply with relevant laws and regulations along with setting guidelines for prevention and correction.

- Coordinate with internal auditor for assessing the risk and evaluation of internal control.

- Coordinate with external legal consultant.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law and related field.
2. Age 24 – 30 year old.
3. Work experience at least 3-5 years for compliance and legal tasks.
4. Good command in English skill, able to speak, reading and writing, TOEIC score 550 would be an advantage.
5. Intermediate level of Microsoft world.
6. Good at Communication, Teamwork and Leadership skills.
7. Understand on PDPA and the manufacturing industrial will be advantage.
