Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Textile Industry or any related fields
Qualified candidates should have solid 5 years experience in GARMENT merchandising manager.
Pro-active approach in communication and problem solving abilities.
Strong Communication skills with positive attitude
Complete the required sample details development activities in order to meet requirement through planning and efficient execution.
Self – Motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work independently to deadlines under stress and time pressure.
MERCHANDISING RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Manage production capability of each factories and makers to have more efficient
Supervise merchandisers, providing technical assistance and knowledge if needed
Push and support merchandisers to ensure that they are running their job well
Work closely with Production Team, Purchasing Team, Factories, Warehouse, and related departments
Set up scheduling of merchandising department to working according to monthly production planning. Expedites business and production progress to assure adherence to schedules
Develop merchandising department in term of skill to solve production’s problems. And knowledge in production team
Monitoring production status and settle all problems with Plant Managers
Deal and keep good contact and communication with factories and makers to ensure the delivery on time and produce good quality products
Perform other related duties as required
