Market Research Coordinator (12-Month Contract via Third Party)

Your Role: As a Market Research Coordinator in the Market Intelligence & Analytics department, you will be key support, handling tasks related to setting up and monitoring interviews and focus groups. You will process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for market research projects designed by the Market Research Manager to meet regional needs across the Asia Pacific, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and Japan. This involves using various methodologies and tools (focus groups, in-depth interviews, online surveys, etc.). You will be involved in daily project management and provide supervisory input to team members. This position is primarily based in Ho Chi Minh City, but the scope of work will cover Vietnam and other regional markets as directed by the school. You will report to the Market Research Manager.

Key Accountabilities: Collecting, combining, and developing qualitative/quantitative market research briefs from internal stakeholders; taking details of research inquiries; participating in discussions to determine the most appropriate research design; writing proposals; developing sample designs; calculating budgets and costs; developing recruitment questionnaires and testing materials; implementing in-house and outsourced projects; participating in fieldwork observation, quality control, and project progress management; briefing recruiters and preparing documentation; monitoring recruitment progress; creating and maintaining project files; maintaining daily client contact; updating senior team on project progress; monitoring and taking notes for interviews and focus groups to provide insights and analysis; working with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on contracts, quotations, invoicing, logistics, vendor selection, and budgeting; providing support services including calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks; managing and tracking correspondence and documentation; and performing other duties as required by the Market Research Manager.
